Missions
When you think of mission work, what comes to mind? Some may think of traveling overseas, while others picture what they are doing in the local community. Any of these are part of Matthew 28’s great commission. The goal is to find your specific way of honoring the call.
Matthew 28: 19-20
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

INTERNAL EFFORTS
Whether or not you have the gift of evangelism, there are a lot of ways to participate in the work happening at Living Savior. We want to apply the same mission-minded evangelical approach to all in our congregation. It may include reaching out to those that have strayed or supporting those new to the faith in their studies.
There are many ways to help with mission work! Share your thoughts or ideas with the council or pastor.
If you cannot speak like angels, If you cannot preach like Paul, You can tell the love of Jesus, You can say He died for all.
Excerpt from Hark, The Voice of Jesus Calling (The Lutheran Hymnal 496).
EXTERNAL EFFORTS
Looking for a way to support the spread of the Truth of the Gospel throughout the world? With multiple domestic congregations and international work that covers more than fourteen countries, the Lord has blessed our small community of believers. Our core focus is on the training of pastors in foreign fields and supporting the start of congregations in the United States. Mission work also involves educating children in orphanages and helping with the daily needs of widows and others.
